Latigo’s mindful stance of the guest experience considers an overlap of fun; a guest’s safety; attention to the care and welfare of the horse each rider is assigned; and, the safety of everyone in the group you ride with.
Activities are plentiful and can satisfy several outdoor interests from fly fishing to simply swinging on the porch while admiring stunning mountain views. You might even catch the wranglers moving the horse herd down to pasture, which is nothing short of magnificent to watch.

Meet Caitlyn & Vicki Taussig: True Horsewomen of Colorado's High Country
Fourth-generation Colorado cattle ranchers, Caitlyn and Vicki Taussig joined us for a special evening, the mother-daughter duo brings their Angus-cross cattle to Latigo Ranch for summer pasture.
We learned about their incredible lives as accomplished-and increasingly rare-western horsewomen whose lives revolve around true working ranch traditions. Together, they raise and expertly herd young cattle through Colorado's high country, Spending time with them really embodied the genuine grit and grace of these modern cattlewomen.
When Caitlyn isn’t ranching, she’s a country singer and performs all over Colorado.
